
Refund and Returns Policy for Artsurii – Baby Clothing Brand

At Artsurii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items purchased from Artsurii. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. If the product is damaged, worn, or altered, it will not be accepted for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. This can be found in your order confirmation email or through your Artsurii account.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it is returned in good condition. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return, unless the item was defective or there was an error in your order.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or an error occurred on our part.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return shipping label for you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.
- Processing Time: Returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed once received. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition other than its original, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the procedure above and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges cannot be processed directly.
6. Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Opened or used items
7. Late Returns
Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. If you return an item after 30 days, the return will be declined, and no refund will be issued.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Artsurii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it is delivered safely. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier service directly.
